We offer a 7-days easy return or exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. This policy will be applicable once for a single order.

General Wash Care
- Hand wash gently in cold water.
- Wash separate because dark or bright colors can bleed.
- Use mild detergent and skip harsh bleach.
- Do not soak wet clothes for a long time
Fabric Rules:
- Lawn & Cotton: Wash in cold water. Line dry in the shade to stop fading.
- Chiffon & Net: Dry clean only or hand wash very softly. Do not wring or twist.
- Silk: Dry clean is best. If hand washing, use lukewarm water and mild shampoo.
- Velvet & Formal/Embellished: Dry clean only. Never iron directly on motifs or tilla work.
Drying & Ironing
- Air dry in the shade.
- Do not dry in direct sunlight.
- Iron inside out on a low to medium setting.
